EngagementPositioning across three buyers, then the platform and field materials that carry it

The challenge
A company that had outgrown the way it was described.
SOFIE set out to improve patient outcomes by developing and delivering molecular diagnostics and therapeutics. Delivering on that meant showing three things at once. A radiopharmaceutical production and distribution network, mature contract manufacturing services, and high value theranostic intellectual property.
Those are three arguments for three readers. A pharma partner evaluating contract manufacturing wants capacity and compliance. A clinician wants access. The existing materials treated them as one audience and served each of them partially.
Built for a networkA distribution business is only as credible as the accuracy of what it claims to reach. The locator answers the first question in one step, and locations still in progress are marked as coming, so the map stays honest. Contract services get a path of their own with the specificity a pharma partner needs, and locations, news and events stay editable in house, because the network changes faster than a redesign cycle.
The approach
One commercial engine.
Positioning first, then a visual system built from SOFIE’s own facilities, then a platform designed to carry both. Every channel was updated together, so a prospect meets the same argument in a deck, at a conference, and on the site.
Positioning that lets production, contract manufacturing, and theranostic IP each make their own case in its own place, carried into messaging and imagery built from SOFIE facility photography. That produced a look competitors cannot license, and it moved as one kit across decks, brochures, and conference banners.
A fully responsive platform with a pharmacy locator and a news and events section, structured so new locations, capabilities, and meeting coverage are added by the SOFIE team in house.
Campaign and channel performance tracked from the day it went live, which is where the twenty percent engagement figure came from and how webinar attendance was read.
The impact
Twenty percent more engagement, and one kit for the field.
Social engagement rose twenty percent from the launch of the program, webinar attendance increased, and the three arguments the company had been making at once now reach their own readers. A pharma partner evaluating contract manufacturing follows a path built for capacity and compliance. A clinician follows the locator. The sales team works from one kit: decks, brochures, conference banners and clinical materials all drawn from the same system, replacing a set that had grown one piece at a time. Locations, news and events stay editable in house, and the site is still credited to jscTEK in its footer, because the work continued past launch.
