EngagementPositioning and the donor case, then the brand and the platform

The challenge

Three audiences, one mission, no borders.

The Oncidium foundation works to improve access to cancer treatments and clinical trials worldwide, providing patient-focused science and support that advances the availability of radiotherapeutic technologies.

Three audiences arrive with different needs. A patient wants to know what exists and whether it is reachable. A practitioner wants the science and the status. An expert wants a way to contribute. Content organized for any one of them serves the other two poorly.

Built around a structured libraryRadiotherapeutics develop quickly and live in scattered sources. Every entry carries target mechanism, radionuclide, ligand or carrier, indication, development status and radiation type, so a search can start from whichever one the visitor already knows. Search, filtering and reset behave the same at ten records and at several hundred, and the team adds entries itself, which is the only way a library tracking active development stays current.

The approach

One commercial engine.

Positioning and identity first, then a platform organized by audience. A custom map, an ambassador program that connects people across regions, and a molecules tool that turns a scattered and fast-moving field into something a person can actually search.

02Brand and Creative

New positioning with brand colors, typography, and imagery to match, and messaging written with the patient at the center and the practitioner alongside.

03Digital Infrastructure

A searchable library of more than a hundred and fifty radiotherapeutics, filterable by target mechanism, radionuclide, ligand or carrier, indication, development status, and radiation type. A custom map and an ambassador program sit alongside it.

04Analytics and Intelligence

Traffic and social presence tracked from launch, which is where the twenty percent increase came from and how the team sees which audiences are finding what.

The impact

Twenty percent more traffic, and a platform the team runs.

Website traffic rose twenty percent. Patients, practitioners and experts arrive with different needs and one structure has to serve all three, so the platform was built around a searchable library of more than a hundred and fifty radiotherapeutics, filterable six ways, with a custom map and an ambassador program alongside it.The foundation adds entries itself, which is the point: a reference library that depends on a redesign cycle stops being a reference. A new design team has since taken the site forward, and much of the brand system built here went with it.Oncidium foundation · Brand and Creative, Digital Infrastructure, Analytics and Intelligence
